  • Tick Attendance - Easily mark attendance for multiple students by ticking their names on the Little Check In App.
  • Child Attendance Status - Get timely reminders for any missed check-ins/outs to keep both schools and parents updated.

2. COMMUNICATIONS

  • Schedule Management - Organize and track appointments easily, perfect for events like Parents-Teacher Conferences.
  • Out of Office Banner - Automatically notify parents who contact the school outside of operating hours.
  • E-signature for Surveys - Collect digital consents and acknowledgements securely, and export responses as PDFs for easy record-keeping.

3. PORTFOLIO

  • Customise Portfolio Template - Personalize your portfolio cover with custom colors and photos to reflect your school’s brand.
  • Print PDF - Generate and publish PDF portfolios in various formats, including media, favorites, and albums.

4. ENROLMENT

  • Customise Registration Form - Tailor your registration form to include any necessary fields, making enrolment smoother for both parents and staff.

5. FINANCE

  • Credit Note Approval Process - Simplify credit note management with an approval layer to handle requests seamlessly.
  • Little Coin - Automate attendance-based credit deductions through a customizable package system.
  • Enhanced Invoice Numbering System (For Malaysian schools only) - Integrate school IDs into invoice numbers for better tracking.
  • HQ Payment Report - Download consolidated payment reports at the HQ level, eliminating the need for separate center reports.

5. e-Invoice

Stay compliant with regulations as we work on integrating e-invoice submission and real-time validation with the LHDN/MyInvoice Portal.
